We are currently looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects.

Job Description:
As the Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, leading the crew, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of landscape construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of landscape workers in the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, mulching, hardscaping, and irrigation.

  • Operate and supervise the use of equipment such as skid steers, excavators, front-end loaders, and Ditch Witch.

  • Communicate with clients and management to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Maintain high safety and quality standards on job sites.

  • Train and mentor crew members, ensuring proper techniques and efficient work practices.

  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide effective solutions to meet project goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in landscaping or a related field.

  • Proficiency with landscape equipment and tools, including skid steer, excavator, front-end loader, and Ditch Witch.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor tasks.

  • A commitment to safety, quality, and timely project completion.
